Shipping policy

 

Thank you for shopping with PickCorner. This Shipping Policy explains how and when your orders are processed, shipped and delivered. By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms below.

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after the order is placed. Orders are not shipped on Sundays or public holidays.

If we experience a high volume of orders, processing times may be delayed by an additional day. In such cases, we will notify you by email.

2. Estimated Delivery Time

We ship across India through trusted courier partners. Estimated delivery timelines:

  • Metro Cities: 4–6 business days
  • Tier 1 & 2 Cities: 5–8 business days
  • Tier 3 Towns & Villages: 6–10 business days

Please note: These are estimates only. Actual delivery time may vary due to courier delays, weather, operational issues, or high-volume seasons. Order will be delivered above mention days.

3. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email or SMS with a tracking number and a tracking link. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping fees (if applicable) are displayed at checkout before payment is made.

  • Prepaid Orders: Standard shipping charges as shown at checkout.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD): COD fee may apply depending on location.
  • Free Shipping: Occasionally offered during promotional periods.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is available only on serviceable pincodes as per courier partner eligibility.

  • Please provide an active phone number for delivery verification.
  • Repeated refusal of COD orders may limit future COD eligibility.

6. Address Accuracy & Delivery Attempts

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Please ensure:

  • Correct house/flat number
  • Accurate street/landmark
  • Working phone number

In case the courier is unable to deliver due to:

  • Incorrect / incomplete address
  • Customer unavailable
  • Phone switched off
  • Delivery refusal

The parcel may be returned to our warehouse (RTO – Return to Origin). Re-delivery may require additional charges or prepaid payment.

7. Delayed Deliveries

PickCorner is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Courier issues
  • Weather conditions
  • Local restrictions or strikes
  • High shipment volume
  • Festive season backlogs

While we cannot guarantee delivery dates, we always support you in tracking and escalating delayed shipments.

8. Lost, Stolen or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

  • Photos/videos of the package and product are required for verification.
  • We will arrange a replacement in eligible cases.

If the courier marks your order as “delivered” but you have not received it, please inform us within 24 hours so we can file a courier investigation.

9. Non-Serviceable Locations

Some remote areas may not be serviceable by our courier partners. If your pincode is non-serviceable, we will contact you to arrange an alternative or issue a full refund.

10. Change of Address After Order

If your order has not been shipped yet, we can attempt to update the delivery address. Once shipped, address changes are not guaranteed and depend on courier approval.

11. International Shipping

Currently, PickCorner ships only within India. We do not support international shipping.
